From Waste to Feed: Circular Innovation in Mantua! 
The Department of Veterinary Sciences – University of Turin is heading to the Food & Science Festival in Mantua (May 15-17), and we want to show you how “waste” is actually a golden opportunity for the planet.
Join us on Friday morning, May 15, at our dedicated space in Piazza Sordello. We are pulling back the curtain on the OliWa Project to show you the future of sustainable animal nutrition.

Olive to Extracts: Discover how we recover bioactive compounds from olive production waste.
The Power of Insects: See how these leftovers can raise insects—a high-quality, sustainable protein source for poultry and aquaculture.
Beyond Plastic: Learn how we combine olive extracts with insect chitin to create biodegradable packaging for animal products.
